The sales manager, Walid was so rude to me and unhelpful. He was condescending and unwilling to resolve my issue. The used unwanted sarcasm during our conversation. I was never told about the 10 day courtesy rental and the service adviser told me to extend the rental and now I am only getting 50% of the reimbursement. Didn't deliver on promissed date, kept pushing further and further went from a few daus to about 2 full weeks, pick up date wass told to wait longer because car was being washed, when I got ready confirma and further went from a few daus to about 2 full weeks, pick up date wass told to wait longer because car was being washed, when I got ready confirmation I arrived I still had to wait roughly 30 more minutes, and when my car was handed to me ot was not even wiped off let alone washed, OBD port was hanging on the side off the bracket, just left annoyed and took care of everything myself More
