Though I specified to not purchase the $1100 gap insurance, it is still added without notifying me; nonetheless, I’m still happy with the deal though not done in the way I Specified. I had a problem with my warranty and the dealership was zero help. I've been struggling to connect with the right person at Chrysler over the phone for 3 weeks when this could have been resolved by the dea zero help. I've been struggling to connect with the right person at Chrysler over the phone for 3 weeks when this could have been resolved by the dealership sending in the appropriate paperwork like I asked. They refused and said I had to do it myself. Even the representatives I have spoken to at Chrysler said this should have been done by the dealership. Horrible customer service, will be finding a new dealership. More
