After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment, I arrived and was told my car may have to be kept 5 days - just to check to see what was wrong with the entertainment / backup screen. They ended up checking that was told my car may have to be kept 5 days - just to check to see what was wrong with the entertainment / backup screen. They ended up checking that day and returning the car to me, saying they needed to order the part. Jusr to get a new broken screen it took 2 months. And I had to follow up to see if the part came in. Not having a backup camera on a Jeep grand Cherokee 3 row was VERY dangerous for 2 months. Disappointed that it took 2 months to get a replacement screen. More
