The moment I walked on to the Toyota lot my family and I were greeted by a friendly Sales man, Charles. The employees seemed so honest and open. I looked at the certified used Camry's the fist time I visited the lot with my mother and step father. We did not make a purchase because my Dad also wanted to be involved in the process. Charles followed up with me and worked with me over the phone until I was available to bring my dad in. During my second visit my dad and I stumbled across the Camry hybrid and decided that was the car I should get. We left the dealership with a decision on what car to buy, but made no purchase. Charles followed up again and called me every time he saw a car I might consider. The third time we returned to the lot we were there to buy a car. The Toyota team work with my dad and I to reach a price that was agreeable for both parties and I purchased my first car. I had a great experience buying my first car and would definitely recommend this Toyota dealership. More
