In all honesty, I went to Ventura Toyota to test drive the tundra's, and wasn't planning to purchase a new vehicle. I told the salesman Francisco that I had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle, and that the tundra's, and wasn't planning to purchase a new vehicle. I told the salesman Francisco that I had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle, and that all I wanted to do was test drive vehicles. Not only did Francisco let me waste his time all day long test drive trucks, he actually located "the tundra" that I wanted in the back lot, with all the factory options that I wanted and none of the ones that I didn't want. The financial officer was also very good, he didn't try to upsell me on crap nor did he pressure me. I told him what I was willing to pay and what financing I wanted. If I didn't qualify I was going to walk. He helped me secure the financing that I wanted. All in all, I am a very happy customer and while I may have paid a little more for the truck than I wanted to, it is a purchase that I am very pleased with. Keep up the good work. More

I contacted Ventura Toyota on a Friday morning and was immediately emailed a response to my questions about a used 4runner they had listed for sale on their website. I was able to make an appointment with Jacob Moraga, who was ready and waiting for us that evening. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the dealer (Guillermo, who knew I was looking for Jacob, escorted me all the way across the dealer to where Jacob and my husband were looking at the car we were interested in). We had our 2 year old toddler with us, which no one had a problem with. Although we didn't go home with the car that evening, we made a deal the next day, traded in our car and went home super excited in our Certified Used Toyota (the exact year, color, price and mileage that we were looking for). Jacob was very friendly, professional and understanding about what we needed in order to make the purchase. He kept us up to date and treated us like we were his only customer.
