This was by far the best experience I've had buying a car. From the moment I walked in the showroom, everyone was very professional and cordial. I never got the shark feeling at all. Gus the salesman was very sincere and open about the entire process. The GM Mario Diaz was also excellent, there wasn't any back and forth with the numbers. It was good except for no assistance or solution for my defective radio system review. Don't think it was taken into consideration from my point of view.
