My vehicle has a recall on it and they have not tried to help me repair it. The recall clearly states multiple things that can happen and I have about 4 issues that can lead to having an accident and these help me repair it. I told him I would like to see the car and, unlike most salespeople and car dealerships he told me the car was not available until the following week. The following week it was available and he let me know. I went up to Vera Cadillac to see the car. Everything went well except for my trade in value on my car and the price of the car I wanted. Jason said he could not do any better. Jason brought in the Sales Manager (not surprised it’s a car dealership). To my surprised the Sales Manger was very polite and professional. I also felt he was being very honest with me. He showed me all the cost I would be paying inclusive of the selling price of the car. I showed him my top price I wanted to pay. No haggling, in the end I knew he was being strait up and in the end we may a deal which was acceptable for both of us. If it wasn’t for Jason’s follow up and great communication I never would have driven 35 miles to see and purchase this car. Vera Cadillac has a great staff and are the best in Customer Service! And yes, they are a car dealership!!! My next car will be from them as well! More

Eric Tellechea is my go to tech. Very knowledgeable and professional and he made me feel like my recent vehicle Diagnostis was more important. The tech that came out forgive me but I think is name was Sean but he was awesome for he took less than half hour to fix my problem and check the vehicle inside and out. Also Andre for the communications. I love Vera on Pines because it is always very clean and smells amazing inside but the service tech are always professional and helpful. One of the good things I noticed is that no matter whom I speak to, if I am looking for a particular tech and they are not available they would email or call them for me and they make sure they send me to the right department.
