What can I say but… been a customer there for almost 20 years. We purchase an average about one vehicle per year or some one in the family. Customer service is more important to me then sealing the deal I’ years. We purchase an average about one vehicle per year or some one in the family. I have multiple concerns regarding my maintenance on my vehicle. My visit to the service department was due to several issues. Karen was an excellent service representative. Edwin is my service advisor. He took care of me for many years at Vera and he is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I sold my XLR four years ago and purchased a Mercedes. Just sold the Mercedes years at Vera and he is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I sold my XLR four years ago and purchased a Mercedes. Just sold the Mercedes and again in a Cadillac.
