I would personally like to thank Conrod Hernandez for being kind and considerate during the times my car was in the shop. Also special thanks to Leo the shop manager..Vera Cadillac sold me a Lemon and I' being kind and considerate during the times my car was in the shop. Also special thanks to Leo the shop manager..Vera Cadillac sold me a Lemon and I'm very disappointed in the many times I had to take the car to the shop. Things that should not go bad went very bad. Eventually Vera Cadillac bought back the car from me not because I wanted to sell the car but, couldn't afford to pay all the bills anymore. Here is a list of things that happened to the car. 1, AC stopped working.2, Torque converter went bad. 3, AC compressor came apart. 4, Valve cover gasket leak. 5, Vacuum pump went bad. 6, Tire valve stopped working. (To think this was my dream car). Thanks for buying back the car from me. I truly appreciate that. Wishing only the best to Vera Cadillac. More

I was very disappointed with my recent service. I felt very insignificant. It was a basic oil change. I was told it could take up to 1 and 1/2 hours. I was the only one waiting in the waiting room. I received an initial text from my service provider.but no communication after that time. After it was more than an hour and 45 minutes later, I decided to try to find someone to assist me. There were no smiles or friendly staff around. Finally one guy acknowledged me and asked if he could help me. He called over to get status on my car and said that they just finished and would be bringing it up to me. A few minutes later an older gentleman parked my car outside from where I was waiting. After I returned from paying the cashier, he handed me my keys to walk and get my own car in the parking lot. I have never been treated so poorly at a dealership. In all honesty, this is my first Cadillac purchase after having 5 Acura cars in the past with excellent customer service. I am reconsidering my decision to get a Cadillac in the future. The saddest part is that I am not a complainer but always the first to give a compliment. More
