This is our second purchase from Vernon Auto Group and Rodney Haston. It was a smooth transaction and was a bit of a leap of faith, as we are 400 miles away and bought a used truck sight unseen. Rodney assures is that the vehicle was in great shape and that we wouldn’t be obligated if it wasn’t everything he represented. When the delivery guys showed up, the truck looked better than what the pictures showed. We couldn’t be more happy with our purchase and delivery. We will be back when we need our next vehicle! More

Unprofessional, dishonest and fits the typical car salesman After "working" with this salesman, signing all the papers and having my truck delivered, I get a phone call telling me that I had basically lied to t After "working" with this salesman, signing all the papers and having my truck delivered, I get a phone call telling me that I had basically lied to them concerning my trade-ins (2). This dealership took both trade ins, site unseen, and then had the gall to tell me that said vehicles would require more than 11k worth of repairs.This was after they had taken $500 to hold the vehicle I ultimately thought I was going to purchase. Financing the deal started out great. The original deal had me at one price and when I finally got to speak to the finance department, the monthly payments were higher. There were also a whole lot of add-ons between the time it left sales and got to finance that I had not agreed to nor, had any idea about until I found out my payments were higher. Needless to say, when I told them that I was not going to give them 11k to "make repairs" which would add to what the original deal was, they reneged on the deal and demanded the truck back. To top this whole nightmare experience off, someone from the dealership actually called my local law enforcement because I had allegedly threatened someone there. If anyone had to deal with the absolute BS that I have had to in the last week from this dealership, he or she would not walk, but run, as far away as possible from this place. More
