2018 Ford Raptor Order I placed an order with Vernon for a 2018 Raptor in September and left my $1,000 deposit for the order with Cassie a sales rep. I was promised the rapt I placed an order with Vernon for a 2018 Raptor in September and left my $1,000 deposit for the order with Cassie a sales rep. I was promised the raptor would arrive "long before thanksgiving" in an email. On December 15 the Raptor arrived nearly 1 month past the promise date. I was understanding as delays can happen from the factory as the Raptor has special parts. This weekend since the raptor arrived I have dealt with nearly 10 of their sales employees and two of their finance officers as no one seemed eager to close the deal. I planned on using a bank wire or cashiers check, however over the weekend they never sent me a routing number or the final invoice. Today, four days after the truck arrived I received a call from their general sales manager telling me that I must pay $5,000 over sticker for the truck. I informed him that in all 102 emails between Cassie, Sheridan, and other sales personnel their was NEVER ANY WRITTEN agreement for even $1 over sticker. Vernon gave false promises to the date of the vehcile's arrival and attempted to scam me in the end. Overall very poor service and illegal methods as the price they email, and tell you will be lower than the price you pay. To an internet buyer such as myself I highly suggest not dealing with Vernon. More

Great Place without the big city pressure and overhead I looked and almost bought from a big dealer in OKC. After making the deal with the big city dealer they were unable to locate the car. I looked on eBay and this dealership had the exact vehicle and beat the big city dealer by $500.00. I recommend this dealership! More

Great Dealership Best car dealership we've experienced so far. We broke down in Amarillo on our way home to California and decided to go look at trucks at Vernon Auto Best car dealership we've experienced so far. We broke down in Amarillo on our way home to California and decided to go look at trucks at Vernon Auto Group. Our salesman Morgan Chavez was extremely helpful and the prices at this dealership are quite a bit lower than any California dealership we've shopped at. We ended up with a F350 at an amazing price! I will use this dealership in the future and recommend it to everybody searching for that perfect vehicle! More
