GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE! I couldn't be more pleased with the purchase on my new truck from Vernon Auto Group (VAG). Everyone involved had a great attitude and not once did I feel pressured about anything. My situation consisted of a trade-in and traveling over 315 miles. Several factors came into play in my decision to conduct business so far from home. First thing was the price of the vehicle! My wife and I searched the all over Texas for the best deals and VAG had the best price. But not only did they have the lowest price they were able to give me a trade-in value (very reasonable) for my vehicle before I made the trip. We discussed in detail the condition of my trade and I sent several pictures to them pointing out any flaws. Business from sales was very professional. I received the following documents via email: appraisal report for trade-in, detailed buyer's order, quote, vehicle details, etc... If you want an honest no haggle deal, this is the place to go! Pretty Incredible Experience I had been in the market for a new Chevy Silverado for some time. I think most of them thought I was an idiot because they threw every tactic at me and it just made me think a nice Silverado was a bridge too far. My uncle suggested Vernon Auto group but i'd have to basically buy from looking at vehicles on the internet. I was totally sold on that idea. I called Vernon and Rodney Haston was the professional who helped me out. I told him what I was looking for and he found it right off. I flew to Dallas where they delivered the vehicle and it looked better than what it looked like on the internet. No hassles, the price was right, professional and easy to deal with. THERE WERE NO GIMMICKS OR SALES PITCHES. The communication with Rodney was much better than I would have ever expected. I never knew buying a car would be this easy and painless.
