WORST DEALERSHIP I EVER DEAL WITH, Steve and his manager made me drive 1,050 miles round trip for a truck they where selling at Vermon Group truck he said was in “perfect conditions”. made me put in a depos made me drive 1,050 miles round trip for a truck they where selling at Vermon Group truck he said was in “perfect conditions”. made me put in a deposit of $500 to hold the truck. Once at the dealership the truck was leaking oil, they claimed to had changed oil and filter was an old filter, loud noise and dangerous vibration on the rear differential. The manager said there was nothing wrong with it and I even ask them to test drive it with me so they could witness the issue themselves but both sales man and manager refused to. THIS DEALERSHIP will sell you vehicles knowing they could endanger someone’s life and commuting fraud by selling a truck on very poor conditions as how they offered it. ¡BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! We had a truck delivered to us with service trailer brakes and check engine light on and it was never a priority to Vernon auto to get it fixed. I called them over and over until I got no reply back. These guys are great. Called a few months inquiring about a car and spoke to Rodney Moore and he explained they did not have what i was looking for and if they received on Called a few months inquiring about a car and spoke to Rodney Moore and he explained they did not have what i was looking for and if they received one he would let me know. A few months later he called and said they had what i was looking for if i was still interested. We now have a happy daughter and her new Bronco. Thanks again Rodney as the transaction was like ordering a pizza. More
