=( Educate yourself to purchase! N. Ware, (pleasant gentleman) did say Vernon Auto group NEVER comes off their list price; But never did we EVER have to over pay for a vehicle before N. Ware, (pleasant gentleman) did say Vernon Auto group NEVER comes off their list price; But never did we EVER have to over pay for a vehicle before EVER! We had to pay 1300.00+ out of our pocket to finance because it was over priced to finance the full amount + (TT&L) based on the NADA book out; without having to use who Vernon Auto Group recommends for financing... (1) we prefer our 1.9% financing,(due to great credit we have.) which could not be matched by V. A. G. financing... (2) Mr. manager told me they could finance it all if we used their financing companies they partner with, but could not match 1.9%. No win here! Please note; while I was there I heard a gentleman share with another client that "lets see what kind of deal we can get for you." I only wish I could of had a Deal! I know your saying walk away... I would have but my spouse just wanted this done... and did not want to have to proceed with this all over again to buy and go through all you must endure for purchase of a vehicle. We have bought lots of vehicles; never did we have to pay to finance. Honestly, I can get poor customer service any where. We do love the vehicle we chose; just wish I knew that you have to use their financing to get it totally financed. So clearly understand the NADA process for financing. V. A.
