Excellent I had a 2006 Charger SRT8 that was hit and the insurance totaled it. Worked with Nick Ware on a 2007 SRT8 which was delivered today. unfortunate transaction traded for vehicle, it arrived with a cracked windshield, and within days of driving it the car immediately had mechanical problems(and other items ne traded for vehicle, it arrived with a cracked windshield, and within days of driving it the car immediately had mechanical problems(and other items needing repair/replacement, brakes etc) I asked for a refund early-on after I found out the problems were so extensive, but they refused(via email). In fact, Vehicle had such an extensive problem that local dealership has kept it for the 2 months I've owned it trying to solve problem, I finally had to trade vehicle in for another. I was lucky my local dealer provided me with a loaner or I wouldn't have had a car to drive for 2 months. Problems will occur with used vehicles to be sure, but its how you handle the customer after the sale that counts. This dealership's management is essentially unreachable by phone-and there is no support after the sale. You take your chances with used cars on ebay but when buying from a dealer with such an extensive used vehicle checklist, support staff,etc they advertise I expected better service More
