Bought the truck over the phone with no car dealer pressure. Just a simple process. Made an appointment on Saturday to drive down and finalize the deal and pick up my new truck. Everything went great except the truck was not detailed yet. Had to wait about an hour for that but as much my fault at the dealers. I made an appointment for 9:00 am, changed it to 12:30 and then back to 9:00. I think they just lost track of it. Was no big deal as we weren't in a hurry. Very high volume dealer. More

Very nice and pleasant to work with. The two salesman I worked with, Robert and Tracy, were very nice and pleasant to work with prior to arriving at the dealership but once there everyone The two salesman I worked with, Robert and Tracy, were very nice and pleasant to work with prior to arriving at the dealership but once there everyone from the GM down were all just as pleasant. We purchased 2 new F-250's from Robert and used truck from Robert. Not only would I recommend them and the dealership but I will also leave the dealership name on the trucks. More

Bought a truck long distance...PA all the way to TX I was very reluctant to buy a truck in TX and ship it to PA. The guys at Vernon were great.
