Buying was easy, getting truck fixed not so good Was looking all over for a truck and they had the best prices. Sales man we had was a little new but easy to deal with. Now that I have the truck I found a couple of problems. I was told to take it to any Ford Dealership because it was under warranty. I did that they turned me away. Called Vernon and told them, I had to take a day off work to go back up there to get work done. The water leak I had in my truck was fixed?? Nope… Now my A/C vent was thank you for that. Now after the second trip and they want me to bring it back again, now one more day off and gas. Think I will just try my local dealership again because water is running in and headliner is ruined. More

Improve Paper work email delivery and shipping charges Did not have rest of mind due to delay in receiving signed documentation (paper work) after signing makes me wonder if transaction was genuine or not. I made a call and everything was handled over the phone with the Salesman from trade in value to repeated phone calls on added options that I wanted on the vehicle. Chase ( salesman) is a class act, he made sure that when we arrived that we were well taken care of and that we were satisfied with everything. I highly recommend Vernon Auto Group to anyone, they are straight up with their customers from the get go as long as your upfront about your vehicle that your trading in. I have had a lot of vehicle dealerships say what can I do to gain your business and the first time we spoke to Vernon Auto Group they did just that. I look forward to dealing with them on our future vehicle purchases. More

I was at work when I started my purchase and my sales rep Deiter was superb at working around my day. He took time out of his day to run back to the office (on the 4th of July for that matter) to take care of my needs and most of our interaction was actually through text message since I was at work too. On top of ALL THAT... I'm confident that I got the best deal I could find in the tri-state area. All in all, like previously mentioned... Best and most unique car buying experience EVAH!!!!
