Later that week he told us that they could have it here in a couple of days and it would be ready for us on Saturday March 21st. He received the truck and we were able to get all the paperwork done over the phone and all we had to do was sign the final papers and we were out the door in our brand new truck. The best hassle free experience ever This was the first new vehicle purchase for me in 10 years and I wanted a specific truck, a 2015 2500 HD Chevrolet Duramax Diesel. I was a little apprehensive at first to call, but decided I needed a new truck! I was sent to Brandon Mitchell and from the first minute we talked until I received the vehicle, it was a sheer pleasure. Strait up I dealt with Nick Ware he was helpful and strait forward with me. I enjoyed dealing with him . He identified most of the problems and concerns before I dealt with Nick Ware he was helpful and strait forward with me. I enjoyed dealing with him . He identified most of the problems and concerns before I arrived to look at the truck that we eventually purchased. The truck had a few cleaning issues in the interior that I wish had been cleaned better by the detailer and interior cleaner that Nick took it to while we were waiting to sign paperwork. As far as the truck goes I am very happy with it. Now as far as the Finance department Michial Cox he was horrible to deal with. He ended up trying to sell me more and more stuff and tried doubling my payment amount, especially after I had just told him no. Then he was in such a hurry I ended up pointing out some of his mistakes. Other than him I would definitely buy another vehicle from them. More
