The Best! and worth the drive. I am so happy that I found out about Vernon Auto Group to buy a Ram truck to pull my new fifth wheel RV. As a newbie to towing, I had many questions a I am so happy that I found out about Vernon Auto Group to buy a Ram truck to pull my new fifth wheel RV. As a newbie to towing, I had many questions about the truck and installation of the hitch which were answered in a professional, helpful and friendly manner. The transaction was handled to make everything easy for me and the price on the truck and hitch could not be beat. I drove from Connecticut bringing my dog! My little doggie was treated well, too! Ryan, Morgan and Larry were great in answering all of my questions and made the entire experience easier and pleasant. Thanks to all. Love my truck! More

They make it easy Dieter made the transaction simple and easy, I changed my mind on vehicle, no problem. I had been trying to purchase from a,local dealership which wasted a week of my time before I told them I was no longer interested in their truck. Within a hr I called and spoke with Brandon Mitchell.. After my initial conversation with Brandon he actually listened to my needs, concerns and wants then executed them 100%. I am currently located in Northeastern Colorado working 6 days a week with very little time. I was driving my new 2015 Chevy Silverado High Country within 48 hrs from the initial call..This is one very Happy Customer. BY FAR, WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER. TERRIBLE!!!!!!! After looking at pictures of an infiniti on their website and talking with Nick Ware on the price I decided to drive to Vernon to purchase it. I was After looking at pictures of an infiniti on their website and talking with Nick Ware on the price I decided to drive to Vernon to purchase it. I was told vehicle was in good shape, but there might be one ding on a bumper. He said he would look at it further. I called to tell them I was coming and it would be about a 3 and a half hour drive. When I inspected the vehicle it was not good. Not close. It would not have taken 30 seconds to look and see this. Multiple (20-30) deep scratches on vehicle that stick out VERY noticeably. There was one deep gash down the pinstripe. Front grill chrome was damaged and peeling. Multiple chips of the paint all around vehicle. Side step was broken. 2 tires looked very low. Now to the interior. Head phones were "hid" in the back storage compartment. Why? Because both sets were busted and wires hanging out. 1 tear in rear seat. Multiple scuff marks on leather. On and on and on. Needless to say I didn't even start the vehicle to see if by some grace of God it ran. Over $40k and this is what you get for your hard earned money in Vernon. Nick was not helpful and even blamed me for not giving enough notice for him to properly inspect the vehicle. No response or apology from any manager. I drove 7 hours roundtrip to deal with the most incompetent car salesman/dealership I could ever imagine. The place looks like a pop up telemarketing business and I find it difficult to believe after my experience here that so many "reviews" are positive. I would not recommend this "dealership" to anyone. Vehicles are junk and customer service and more specifically Nick was even worse. I will go out of my way to make sure people don't have to go through what I did today. More
