This was our first purchase online and over the phone and it beat dealing with pushy salesman and Sales managers all day long. They picked me up from the airport and had everything ready when I arrived. NO WAITING WHAT SO EVER. I will definitely make all future purchases in this manner. The only issue I have is that when the gooseneck hitch was installed in the bed, they did not re coat the area that was drilled through for the hitch or retaining hooks with left bare metal exposed. I will need to actually loosen and remove the pieces to re coat those areas. This was a shop item but in no way effected the sales experience. Purchased a GMC but the drop down filter does not have GMC listed. More
