Would have been 5 stars but when I got a call from David in Finance I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. He was a fast talker and was quick to point out that they went ahead and included a in Finance I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. He was a fast talker and was quick to point out that they went ahead and included a 150K mile warranty and Gap insurance into my finance deal. I put the brakes on that! When questioned about the warranty, David failed to tell me it was a 3rd party warranty and not through Ford which was why it was twice as expensive as I found through other dealerships. The following day I had to ask him to send me a brochure on the 3rd party warranty so I could actually make an informed decision and not have something jammed down my throat. I ended up declining all the extra garbage David tried to sell me. I figured there is a reason he was trying to talk so fast with very little detail. He really left a bitter taste in my mouth regarding my experience which is sad because the rest of my experience with Vernon was positive. Buyer Be Ware of fast talking finance guys!! More

First vehicle found fell through. It took longer than I would have liked for them to find another vehicle, we even modified expectations. But it worked out, they worked with us to find the vehicle we wante would have liked for them to find another vehicle, we even modified expectations. But it worked out, they worked with us to find the vehicle we wanted, and I feel like we got a fair deal and good price, especially considering they do free delivery. Overall, I am pleased with the service. However I had to sign a paper saying they disclosed that the vehicle had hail damage. I was not told about this prior to delivery, and I looked at the vehicle and didn’t really see any issues, which is why they probably didn’t mention it. I wish they would have explained more of the paperwork that you have to sign prior to the driver showing up. And I think the prices of things should be listed out clearer on said paperwork. But overall, it was pretty easy. More
