unhappy I made an appointment for today last week with Robin for today. When I didn't get a email reminder I called to confirm and was told there was no appoi I made an appointment for today last week with Robin for today. When I didn't get a email reminder I called to confirm and was told there was no appointment scheduled. They did see me at 11:00am today but when I arrived I was asked why I was there and did I ever have my call serviced there before. I was also asked what was the year of my car. When I had my car serviced last week I told you that I had my car serviced there at least 3 times before because items on my car was loose and were going to fall off. This time I reported a small piece of plastic that covered the bolt that holds the passenger side mirror had come off and was missing. I was told that that was not covered by my warrantee and was charged $26.00 to replace it. Considering my past problems with items coming loose, I thought that you would have covered this as a customer curtesy. More

Best car buying experience I have ever had . I felt completely comfortable during the whole process from filling out the application online to making the down payment with the cashier. Prior to coming in I worked with Darlene Lambert on completing the online application and the assement of my trade in. She was very pleasent and nice to work with. My salesman, Mike Ferrett, was beyond helpful . He walked me through the features of the vehicle and went as far as to install my new floor mats ( purchased at the dealership) and helping me remove my items from my old car to my new car. Not to mention that he came in on his day off because that day was convenient for me. I was able to complete the purchase mainly online and via email. When I went to purchase my vehicle I was in and out in about an hour. The financing was quick and easy. The finance manager , Bob Albright, really made me feel at ease with the transaction. Highly recommend and if I could I would give it 10 stars. More
