Excellent customer service I was wrong when I thought that the service center did not repair a recall. The recall was repaired and a wench was placed inside of the car. I did no I was wrong when I thought that the service center did not repair a recall. The recall was repaired and a wench was placed inside of the car. I did not know that it was a wench! Now I do because I had Jim show me how the wench fits into the spare tire area. Jim the service manager was very polite about the entire situation.
