Having purchased 2 other vehicl I had the pleasure and privilege of dealing with Kevin Roman at Videon on the purchase of a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Having purchased 2 other vehicles in the in the past 30 days, I have become somewhat of an "expert" in buying vehicles. Kevin made the process easy. He was responsive, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Additionally, the price quoted was a very good price, so the entire package came together. There was 0 pressure from Kevin, but he appropriately followed up with me. A great experience. I would recommend Kevin and Videon to anyone in the market for a car. More

Great and friendly team I went there to buy a new car because I was driving an old junker. Phillip Snyder was my sales rep and he was amazing, very friendly and very polite. He worked very hard to help me walk out with a brand new 2016 Jeep Patiot. He walked me through setting up the Bluetooth on my car, also walked me through the new dashboard of the car. If you go and he is there I definitely recommend speaking with him. Allison Eggert was also very friendly, she made the process very smooth and very funny. She talked with me the whole time I was in there and walked me through every step of the paperwork, super super friendly and polite. If I could give 10 stars I would.
