My experience was a combination of extreme frustration with the buying process and a comedy of errors that happened. The website said "no haggle pricing" but that was definitely not the case. The dealer's online listing for the car that I wanted had the MSRP and then the lower "dealer price" listed below it. When I went in to the dealer I was told that "dealer price" was only for student or military discounts, which already seemed shady. Then after driving the car, there was a "downtown bundle" line item of $2995 added, in addition to the already higher MSRP on the first quote/offer that was brought to me. I was told that it was essentially a market adjustment. It took so long to get to the price that was listed online after threatening to walk out on several occasions. Once the price was agreed on, it took over an hour to get to finance. It sounds like this was due to a staffing shortage so I can understand that. Later, as the car was going to get washed, it ran out of gas, so there was an additional wait, and then there weren't enough porters to wash the car so the salesman had to. All in all it was over 7 hours spent. It was such a draining experience, we didn't go through the features or anything like that. It turned out the software to set up the android auto did not work and needed to be reset so I ended up having to go back to service the next day. Fortunately, so far I love the car, maybe because it feels like I had to really earn it. More

Sold me a car that was advertised as having remote start which it didn’t. They agreed to handle it but have decided to start ignoring me. After a call from Abel the remote start was installed within 24h which it didn’t. They agreed to handle it but have decided to start ignoring me. After a call from Abel the remote start was installed within 24hrs. He had a loaner brought to my house and picked up my car.
