I have worked with Angie for the past 6 years, and when I bring the car in for service, I want to see her!! She creates relationships and because of that remembers what my needs are and what I must have in bring the car in for service, I want to see her!! I've already submitted a review on the dealership itself which could be summarized as: --Pricey with little to no wiggle room --Decent atmosphere and friendly associates --Did I mention pricey? She is the kind of employee you want to see at a dealer. I went in to purchase a Golf R and she was a fellow enthusiast owning a current model GTI as well as a history of others. She was in contact with me for months while the car was on order, and did countless little small things on my behalf to make sure my experience was the best it could be. From helping me get a break on some nonsense charges, to just keeping me informed with pictures and the like, she was wonderful. She even went over some accessories she thinks I should get, shared some photos of things she's done to her car, took a photo shoot of both of ours when my car finally came in, and even sat outside with me and went over all the features and offered help setting up some hidden things that may have taken a while to figure out. She has models of cars on her desk and is truly someone who loves the field she's in and the cars she sells. It would be incredible to have people who are seemingly just as excited to see you get a cool car at dealers instead of the typical ones who just see $$'s. Of course, it's a business and I understand that but it doesn't have to be one or the other. Shout out to Mark in finance as well. He gave me vibes of being tied by the powers at be instead of trying to make you pay the things the place does. He was still very friendly, down to earth and empathetic. I just wish he had a little more leeway to help the buyers who can see through the nonsense. More
