Melissa- absolutely the kindest souls in the building along with the rest of the team. This was my first time financing and she walked me through everything, gave me advice, listened to me and catered to along with the rest of the team. This was my first time financing and she walked me through everything, gave me advice, listened to me and catered to my specific needs such as wanting to have heated seats. I’m so thankful for her, and in the entire process, she kept a beautiful smile on her face. This not only showed that even in my frustration, she still did everything in her power to make sure I had the car of my dreams while here in the city.
