Service department communication is the issue - when I arrived, I had to wait 15-20 minutes for someone to come and take the car. I was told the service could be done and completed the same day but when I arrived, I had to wait 15-20 minutes for someone to come and take the car. When I called to check a status, my call could not be answered and I could not reach anyone at the dealership. I eventually received a text message that said the car was ready.
