Roberto is extremely unprofessional and lacks on knowledge. Keep saying my vehicle was not covered under any warranty and had me calling lots of places to figure out the issue. He told me that he wasn't going to give me my car until I paid something. I asked for a Supervisor and Roberto just showed up with my kits and told me to take my vehicle. I took my vehicle to a different dealer and found out an issue with the door harness. More

I bought the vehicle I was looking for but the customer service was not as I expected, car I purchased was driven 718 mile by general manager when I was looking this car in the website it didn't mentioned service was not as I expected, car I purchased was driven 718 mile by general manager when I was looking this car in the website it didn't mentioned that it had 700+ miles nor the sales person told me when I test drove, car did not had original floor mats sales manager told me he was gonna order it I never got response back until I called dealership. I got floor mats yesterday but they are not original Tiguan mats . Not happy with that. Overall very poor customer. I will never buy vehicles from them in the future also I make sure my friends and family also not do business with them. More
