Unfortunately you have technicians that only know how to replace parts and not diagnose.... my ACC was not operating! Was told it would be $4,700 to replace several modules. $4,700 dollars to fix a 9 yr old replace parts and not diagnose.... my ACC was not operating! Was told it would be $4,700 to replace several modules. $4,700 dollars to fix a 9 yr old car with 150k miles?? xxx.... after I picked my self off floor and scolded your Service advisor I convinced him I would take my car somewhere else or we could fix the bracket under $100 and recalibrate/ align.... guess what it worked and functions perfectly... all working for under $1k...Kyle is fantastic and I'm sorry I was hard on him.... I understand everybody wants to make money but you guys were trying to rip me off for $4700 and that hurts very dishonest. You need to solve that problem and have your technicians diagnose problems.
