Folks were nice but it was extremely expensive and inconvenient. I was charged for a part (marking light) that was never actually installed. I appreciate the service guys coming in on Sunday to fix it inconvenient. I was charged for a part (marking light) that was never actually installed. It took them 20 months to replace the engine in my car under warranty and I got it back with a misfire. They won't even try to fix it. It's been a nightmare from the day I bought my car from them. Sure, they gave me a loaner but now I've got a car that runs like crap and they won't even try to help. It's the absolute worst in customer service and satisfaction. I wouldn't recommend anyone putchase a used car from them!! More
