I'm a disabled senior citizen . I went in with a clear list of safety features that I needed to operate the vehicle. The salesperson assured me that the vehicle had these options, a I went in with a clear list of safety features that I needed to operate the vehicle. The salesperson assured me that the vehicle had these options, and seem to be in a rush about explaining them and showing me. Then there were the incredibly large number of papers all in tiny tiny print that needed to be signed in before I do it I was driving home in the car that was really no more help to me than the one I traded in and a heck of a lot more expensive. That was Friday night. I spent the weekend trying to find the safety features he had assured me we're on the car before I realized they weren't on the car. I called the dealership to see if I could get my old car back . And that's apparently not going to be an option. More
