Cody was unresponsive to my questions as well as providing an ETA. My vehicle was there for two weeks with no answer as to when I can pick it up. He went as far as leaving on vacation without giving providing an ETA. My vehicle was there for two weeks with no answer as to when I can pick it up. He went as far as leaving on vacation without giving me an update. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed there were scratches that were nonexistent prior to drop off. Greg, Service Manager, right away was defensive and claimed it was not their fault. He went in circles as to how no one here could've done it but yet my vehicle was there for 14 days. He mentioned I could drop it off and he can buff out the scratches, but it came off very disingenuous. I will no longer be taking my car to get serviced there or recommending it to peers. I'll be traveling to other locations for service. More

Price was fine but totally unwilling to deal on trade in or financing. Essentially ended up back where they got the asking price. Also messed up on the down payment and over billed. Slow to get work done and difficult to get ahold of anyone who could give me answers. Timeline estimates were way off and they don’t provide loaner cars, instead they charge you for a rental. And when the work they quoted as a few days to a week to complete suddenly takes over 3 weeks, you’ll be out $30/day for their rental. Only giving stars because the work was eventually completed, there is warranty coverage on it, and they provided convenient financing options to pay for it. More
