Dealer promised a cargo mat with purchase and that they would ship to us. Been waiting 3 months with multiple calls and emails with no follow up or shipment tracking. This is the third time I have brought my vehicle in for service. The first two they never did, even though I left my vehicle for over 24 hours. This last time they did an oil change and “inspected” the veh service. The first two they never did, even though I left my vehicle for over 24 hours. This last time they did an oil change and “inspected” the vehicle which consisted of checking the mileage to see what needed done. My vehicle came back with a horrible rattle and nothing actually checked except the oil was changed. After not serving my car for 1.5 hours after my appointment time I am very disappointed with this dealership and wish I had not purchased their service packet. More
