From my first phone call with Gene to every subsequent step through the buying process, he was nothing short of world class. Responsive, friendly, thorough, funny, considerate, and above all else, honest. The vehicle I purchased had just been traded and wasn’t technically ready for showing. Nevertheless, Gene did all he could to allow me to see it in its pre-detailed/pre-serviced state.
