We had a great experience purchasing our CPO XC90! Johnny and the dealership were more than accommodating for the extended test drives we needed to make getting the vehicles back and forth to my wife for her and the dealership were more than accommodating for the extended test drives we needed to make getting the vehicles back and forth to my wife for her to drive and not have to leave work to do so. Johnny was well informed and was a great asset to us moving into our first Volvo. 5 Stars! More

Adrienne was very helpful when I requested help with my days-old XC90 that was showing problems. She came out on a test-drive, offered solutions, and was generally extremely supportive and customer-centric days-old XC90 that was showing problems. My salesperson, Marissa, appeared dismissive and almost upset that I was bringing a concern about a bad experience to her.
