Is the experience that we received from Iris. On Tuesday, June 30, 2020 around 7pm. My wife and kids went to look at a 2016/2017 Volvo XC 90 at Silver Spring Volvo. We met with Iris after our initial conversation on the phone. Before we got there, my wife and I were discussing pushy sales people and we were not sure in going but we yielded to go nevertheless. When we met Iris, she was like an old friend and opposite of a traditional sales person. She took her time and spend a lot of time with us and even showed us another vehicle we requested since we needed a 3rd row seat vehicle. The 2016/2017 Volvo XC-90 v we were looking for was not ready yet since it was still at the shop being certified. Iris already sold us with her friendliness and non-pushy behavior and now we are awaiting for the vehicle to be ready so we can drive another hour from our home to the dealership to text drive the vehicle and move forward. Kudos to Iris!!! The only sales person in our entire life that we have interacted with who is not pushy and rushing you to buy. Thank you Kay More
