I can't say enough good things about my experience with Noah. When I had an issue with the purchase of my pre-owned 2016 Volvo XC90, he assured me that he would do everything possible to make it right and Noah. When I had an issue with the purchase of my pre-owned 2016 Volvo XC90, he assured me that he would do everything possible to make it right and make sure I was happy with my car - as well as my experience with Volvo Silver Spring. It took us a little bit of time, and several conversations, but Noah delivered on his promise! He was a professional that stood by his word, and stood by Volvo satisfaction. He kept me informed, always kept the wheels in motion, and made sure that I was getting a car that met the Volvo certification standards.
