We had a great experience with Jacob. He listened to what we were looking for showed us a car we hadn’t been considering before that was an even better fit for us. I usually wait a few weeks before leaving a review because there is inevitably something that goes wrong or additional coordination required from your salesman and that’s when you see the true custome because there is inevitably something that goes wrong or additional coordination required from your salesman and that’s when you see the true customer service! I am happy to report that even after the sale Jacob was excellent in communication and response time! He was extremely thorough in helping with the sale and was respectful of our time (we were there with two little ones!). The entire dealership was courteous to the fact that we had little kids and tried to get us in and out as fast as possible! I chose Volvo for the customer service and happy to say that they have not disappointed! More

Picked up a great certified used Volvo XC90. I give Mabel Mayos five stars plus. She is on her game and has the customer in focus always taking care of them. I did not give the dealership itself a five star rating as it took six hours to close the deal and drive away. The car was not fully detailed and even though it went through a 170 point checklist items were still not complete so what good is that checklist? The sales manager did comp us for a nice dinner due to the long wait time which was nice. One more time. Go Mabel!!! You rock!!! More
