No customer service skills present. Schedule my car for service to be dropped off with service advisor Kevin. Jose stated that Kevin stepped out for a few hours. Jose just took my keys didn't say anything he also didn’t give me any indication that I would be sitting waiting for my car to be serviced. After waiting for about 45 mins I went to ask was I going to be provided a loaner because I have a meeting to get to I never intended to wait according to the appointment I requested. Jose then states I would have to wait 2 hours and no loaner cars were available. The lack of communication is unacceptable, especially as a new customer to Volvo! More

The dealership was spotless and very professional looking. Everyone I dealt with was extremely courteous and helpful. The day before I purchased my car Eddie and Iris dealt with my nephew and me on t looking. Everyone I dealt with was extremely courteous and helpful. The day before I purchased my car Eddie and Iris dealt with my nephew and me on the phone and I felt confident enough in them that I knew I'd be buying a car from them the next day...which I did! Once I got to the dealership the next day, Eddie and Iris introduced themselves to me and I immediately felt at ease about the car buying process. Justin also went out of his way to make sure the Costco discount went through for me. The person I spent the most time with was Iris Harley. She was AWESOME! We joked around while still being able to get down to serious car buying business. It was a long day, by no fault of anyone's, and by the end of the day when we were going over things inside the car, she knew I was tired and made me promise to come back next week to go over anything else in the car that might still be confusing. I also appreciated that when I asked her about purchasing a rubber mat for the back of the cargo area she immediately called parts and when she found out they had it in, she went and got it herself and put it in the car herself, rather than waiting for anyone else to do it. I just loved her personality! She's definitely a people person. I'd recommend Iris to anyone looking to buy a Volvo in the area and I would obviously use her again, myself! I even put her in my contacts so when she calls to check on me, as I know she will, her number will come up as identifiable so I'll know it's not a spam call. As I drove home with my new Volvo XC60, I knew I had chosen the right car and the right dealership. I also wanted to mention that I LOVE MY NEW VOLVO!!! More
