We loved our experience here with Iris. We had gone to several other dealerships before and after Volvo Cars Silver Spring as we were shopping around. However we stuck with this dealership and Iris becaus several other dealerships before and after Volvo Cars Silver Spring as we were shopping around. However we stuck with this dealership and Iris because of several factors. 1) Numbers. We were upfront about our desire to look at several dealerships. I asked for their best numbers and they brought them without hassle. There wasn't this constant back and forth that wasted everyone's time. 2) Attentiveness. They were highly responsive to any requests or questions. There wasn't a runaround between an admin assistant and a sales associate and a general manager. 3) Professional. There was very low sales pressure. Iris was respectful of my first visit when I told her there was no deal to be made until I compared the numbers to the neighbors. She gave the information, provided clarity on options and packages and I went on my way. 4) Above and Beyond. When we returned, even when it was an hour past closing, Iris stayed to make sure my wife was comfortable in the car, helped her set up custom features and pointed out tips about the use of the car before heading out. Ed and Wyman were both great as well, helping get the deal done, helping us navigate some of the roadblocks along the way. More
