Hi Patti, thank you for the feedback. As clarification, the gift card you were promised is an "eCard" ... it comes in your email and is not a physical card. The eCard process is run by a 3rd party company and requires a redemption code from the customer. Just give us a call with the redemption code that you were sent, and we will be happy to redeem that for you. Be sure to check your junk/spam folders for both the redemption code email, as well as the eCard email once it has been redeemed. If you have trouble locating your redemption code email, please let us know, and we can help you thru that. Thank you for your business and have a great day.

Feel free to try any of the other free beverages we have in our customer lounge, including sodas, water, and fruit juices.
