Our W & L Subaru experience has been great in every way! Angela found the perfect vehicle for me. The tech guy was so patient in teaching me all the new features (my last vehicle was a 2012). When I had a pressure loss in a tire, the service department got me scheduled the same day, found the issue (an imbedded drill bit), and repaired it immediately. I was also pleasantly surprised that when I went out to get my Ascent they had washed all the winter muck off! More

Communication during the sale was poor. They tried to sneak in the warranty after I refused it. The overcharged on the interest rate and were not even going to tell us what it was.
