Please watch yourself with this salesman!!! Very pushy! Complete lowball on trade in! Puts customers personal info on his desk right in front of other customers and leaves the office! Didn’t even include the $1,000 difference one the trade in value as a down payment! Plus, Kelly blue book was $2500 more than offered! He said it was bc of the kids!!! My visit took 3 hours for an oil change and new tires, even with having an appointment. And saw many, many people come in way after and leave before me. I understand some things take less time, but even t even with having an appointment. And saw many, many people come in way after and leave before me. I understand some things take less time, but even the man at the desk seemed anxious about how long we were waiting. Labor costs are ridiculous, probably because I had to pay for 3 hours of labor. I spent almost $900 and I got basic tires. I will likely be taking my car elsewhere in the future. More

Excellent Service Department. Comfortable waiting area. Service took the time to explain issues. Honest. It was nice to have a female assistance in service.
