I live 3 1/2 hours from the dealership, but identified a vehicle that I was willing to drive for. From my first call I was taken seriously as a customer. I've purchased several vehicles over the internet vehicle that I was willing to drive for. From my first call I was taken seriously as a customer. I've purchased several vehicles over the internet for my business and typically those purchases are smooth. Some dealerships do not take online customers seriously and that is a huge mistake. A customer on the computer is in many ways better than a walk-in. W&L gets it and their sales staff is top notch. I got the price I was looking for, with no haggling.
