Great service! My first visit to the dealership since buying my car last May. Just routine, but I was greeted by the customer service representative warmly. All of my questions were answered, ahd the waiting area is very comfortable. Due to a coupon I found in the playbill of my local theater, the service was even free. The car wash was also a nice surprise. I will definitely be going back for other service needs. More

Very Good Customer Service! - Sales Rep. Kim Rorke My wife Donna has been a Subaru owner of three vehicles. I attempted to get her interested in a Forester for several years without success. Finally, on her own, she decided she liked the Forester Sport. I worked with Kim Rorke, along with Donna's input, to finalize the 2020 sale of a Forester. We couldn't have been more pleased with Kim's knowledge and friendly, non-aggressive, manner (and to other W&L associates). I would highly recommend Kim, and the W&L Subura staff/dealership! More

Please read my review. I was very impressed with your new dealership. Ken Heim was nice to work with and was most helpful. However, I was extremely disappointed when I got home and discovered the CARFAX in the glove box indicating that the car I just purchased was in fact a fleet (rental) car. Had I known this I would have purchased the 2020 Subaru that we considered. More

When I made service appt, I asked for wiper blades to be installed and was told he would put this on request. I was told this would be a 15 minute procedure- changing Pcv valve under recall.
