Overall good Overall the service has always been excellent until this last visit. I was scheduled for a service and inspection. The inspection was not completed due to running out of emission stickers. I was not informed the inspection was not done and realized it when I got home and called back. Kris was helpful in finding out why it was not done. How do you run out of stickers on the 1st of the month. Also I should have been notified of this prior to my appointment to see if I wanted to reschedule. I travel 80 miles round trip to come to your dealership and this is causing an extra trip. You have offered to drive to my house and leave a loaner while you take my car for inspection but this is still putting mileage and wear and tear on the vehicle. I hope in the future the dealership notifies patrons of things like this prior to their appointment. More

Service department does what they want on your dime I had my Subaru towed to W&L recently because my oil filter "exploded" (their words not mine) , 18k on my car, so everything was supposed to be under I had my Subaru towed to W&L recently because my oil filter "exploded" (their words not mine) , 18k on my car, so everything was supposed to be under the manufacturer warranty. They covered the tow, i had to front the cost for everything else, oil and filter, that's fine. They also included an extremely overpriced "degrease" which i wasn't even asked about, i could have washed my car for 12 quarters instead of the 110 dollars they charge. On top of that my entire bumper still had oil all over it. Last time i took it there for an oil change they insisted i pay them to change my cabin air filter for 80 dollars, get out of here, the car had less than 10k on it. Super sad they actually get people with that!! Hopefully another Subaru dealer pops up soon so i can stop dealing with these crooks!! Maybe the salesmen are more professional but their service department is a JOKE! More
