I was concerned because I drive ALOT and have kids who are very messy, so I was afraid that I would end up with some ridiculous amount at the end of the lease to pay back. I was impressed with how easy it was to trade it back in to purchase my Ascent. I can't say enough about the sales department. I told Kyle what I wanted and Andy helped make it happen! It gave me a clear way to compare with other trim levels. I didn't buy a car that day and Ken didn't pressure me to come back to the dealership to buy. When I was ready several weeks later, I told him the price I was willing to pay for the Outback with the features I wanted, even the color. He made it happen even though 2019 inventory was low. I didn't have to compromise, and drove away with a new car a few days later. Thanks Ken! More

When that did not remedy the problem, due to an apparent slow leak, service utilized a sophisticated "sniffer" tool to locate the leak so the appropriate part could be ordered. The part arrived promptly and the service was scheduled and completed with the least amount of inconvenience to us. More
