Ken Heim was great! We had a short time limit, needed a car quickly to send our son out of state for a new job. Upon test driving the car stalled on abrupt stopping. He was also very patient when I had to wait for the insurance company to finish their process. Mark was great to work with when completing the pile of paperwork. He explained everything well and was very friendly. George was hilarious and explained how everything in the car worked. There were even features that I didn't know it had!
