so far so good this was my first time utilizing the service dept. at W & L Subaru since the new dealership has opened. Okay For the first time I had a unique experience at the dealership. Was surprised to find my new vehicle with chips in the windshield and a blown headligh For the first time I had a unique experience at the dealership. Was surprised to find my new vehicle with chips in the windshield and a blown headlight when I picked it up after purchase but before even leaving he lot. Kris made it right and went above and beyond to correct the issues. And though I have always been please with Kris and the services at W&L for my last three vehicle transactions I was discouraged that the vehicle was not better looked over before I got to it. Especially since I was told the cars sit in the front and get dings sometimes from the highway, which I can understand. But if you all know it is an issue you should be more diligent with checking the windshields. Finally, when I came in to get my lights fixed, the garage misplaced my keys and again, they made it right and eventually found the keys but this experience seemed pretty sloppy in some areas. Again, the issues have been addressed, just some feedback. I was very happy that Kris was able to get me out of my lease early when I had unforeseen circumstances that drive my mileage up. Kris also jealous with securing an even lower monthly payment than I initially mentioned and I am thankful for that. More
