Ken was knowledgeable when answering all of our questions to help us narrow down exactly what we were looking for. He offered excellent advice to help ensure we would get the exact vehicle we were searching for. All the employees were friendly and helpful. And I loved speaking with George before we left the lot. He knew absolutely everything about our new car and was patient, detail-oriented, and very clear at showing us how to use all the features on the car. Had to have my car repainted I have been a Subaru owner since 1998 and wish i would have started with this dealership. Awesome people to work with. No hassles at all when i told I have been a Subaru owner since 1998 and wish i would have started with this dealership. Awesome people to work with. No hassles at all when i told them the paint was failing on my 2018 Crosstreck the collision Center manager told me to bring it in and after he looked at it he contacted the customer service rep and got my car in the following week for a complete repaint. It looks better than new now More

Dale was extremely helpful from the time I first entered the l I just purchased my third Subaru from W&L and the experience was the best I've had yet. Dale was extremely helpful from the time I first entered the lot to test drive a new 2019 Forester, and throughout the entire sale process he was extremely helpful and responded promptly to any emails, and kept me updated for when the Forester with the trim and options that I was looking for was on the lot. He was also happy to answer and questions or concerns that I had about the new Forester redesign. Shaunda was also awesome to deal with, she was prompt and courteous and had all of the paperwork ready to go, and I was in and out of her office in 15 minutes and the proud new owner of a brand new Subaru. I appreciated that I did not have any dealer add-ons that I was not interested in forced on me, and overall it was an extremely pleasant and smooth experience. More
Engine light I spend the entire day there for an engine light. Each time they told me it was fixed after I drove about 5 miles it would come back on. I think they should have test dive it more than a mile to see if the engine light would come back on. I have to still come back on Tuesday to get it fixed. More
Service visit I had the brakes replaced on my Subaru Forester as well as the oil and filter changed. The service rep told me the air filter was dirty and should I had the brakes replaced on my Subaru Forester as well as the oil and filter changed. The service rep told me the air filter was dirty and should be replaced also. I asked him to please have whoever worked on my car to put the computer screen on the dash back to where it was set when I took the car in for service. It was not done. It took me a long time to finally get it back where I wanted it set at. I was a little disappointed that the person working on the car did not do it as requested. I was pleased they could give me a loaner car to use while my car was being worked on so I could run some errands. More
