Had my car over 5 days from collision center . . messages every day stated my windshield was being installed. When in fact it wasnt.. then Keayon called me said it was finished and I had to pay my . messages every day stated my windshield was being installed. When in fact it wasnt.. then Keayon called me said it was finished and I had to pay my deductible so they could send car back to w & l collision .. I pd it ..I left work tp go get car and return rental .. drove 90 min and car wasn't at collision .. Keayon said car was still being worked on and would be done by end of day .. he lied earlier in the day .. I missed work .. and I had to pay an extra 2 days on my rental .. this is unacceptable.. and I want to know how I will be compensated for it . Unhappy customer.. w & l collision called me every day to inform me what was going on ..they went above and beyond can't say the same for service center and esp ..Keayon..
