Outback Inspection Awesome customer service. Only thing that sucked for me was being quoted $900.00 worth of muffler work, wasn't prepared for that. Will need to get the Awesome customer service. As always, I am very happy with W & L Subaru’s service department in terms of quality. They were punctual and efficient. Here’s the problem: we are in the middle of a pandemic where masks are recommended department in terms of quality. They were punctual and efficient. Although our county is green, masks and other protective measures are still highly recommended. I was very dismayed to see that none of the service department members wore a mask. I can only assume it was a group or management decision. Please reconsider and use masks. If not for yourselves then for your clients. Masks are more to protect the people who come in contact with the wearer than the wearer themselves and I’m sure you want to protect your customers. More
