Thank you for the feedback. The re-delivery gas card is a special promotion from Subaru of America called the "Love Encore" program. In order to qualify to get the Love Encore $25 gas card, the customer must come in for a "re-delivery" between 14 and 45 days of the purchase of their brand-new Subaru. The "re-delivery" is just a 2nd tutorial on how to use all of the car's electronics and other features. You purchased your vehicle on May 31 2019, so you would have had to come in for the re-delivery between June 14th and July 15th 2019. I see from your emails to Brian and Christian that your schedule didn't allow you to make it during Subaru's required window. I totally understand and sympathize with having a busy schedule. Unfortunately we don't have any way to override the rules of Subaru's "Love Encore" program. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to me, Rob, at 570.473.3432.
